2017年国内天然林全面停止商业性采伐以后，我国木材对外依存度已接近60%。欧洲作为世界森林资源最丰富的地区之一，森林覆盖率约为37%，并且实现了木材资源与利用的可持续增长。扩大中欧木材贸易，对中国、欧洲木材产业发展都十分重要。In 2017,China's timber dependence on the foreign countries was close to 60%after the commercial harvesting of natural forests was stopped in an all-round way.As one of the areas with the most abundant forest resources in the world,Europe has a forest cover of about 37%and has achieved sustainable growth in timber resources and utilization.It is very important to the development of timber industry in China and Europe to expand China-Europe timber trade.
为了促进中欧木材贸易，探索解决木材贸易中存在的问题，推动中国木材企业开拓欧洲市场，中国木材与木制品流通协会拟于2019年8月13日至14日，在河北石家庄召开“中欧国际木材峰会暨第五届中俄木材贸易投资高峰论坛”。现将会议有关事项通知如下：In order to promote the timber trade between China and Europe,explore solutions to the problems existing in the timber trade,and promote Chinese timber enterprises to open up the European market,CTWPDA proposes to hold"Sino-European International Timber Summit and the Fifth China-Russia Timber Trade and Investment Summit Forum"in Shijiazhuang,Hebei Province on Aug.13-14,2019.Hereby notify the related matters as follows:

大会不安排接机、接站服务，参会代表需自行前往酒店。

四、会议收费标准
IV.Charging Standard
本次大会免收参会代表会议费（会议费含会务费、餐费等），住宿费、旅游费用和交通费由参会代表自理，大会统一安排住宿。会议代表直接与酒店结算住宿费，酒店接受国内所有带有“银联”标记的信用卡/借记卡，也可接受支付宝、微信支付。
The conference is free of conference expenses of conference delegates(the conference expenses include conference affair charges and meal fees,etc.).Accommodation,travel and transportation expenses will be taken care of by the conference delegates.The accommodation will be arranged by the conference.Conference delegates settle accommodation fees directly with the hotel.The hotel fees can be paid by"UnionPay"-marked credit/debit cards,or Alipay,WeChat.
会议代表需要会前入住1-2天和会后延住1-2天，可继续享受本次大会的房间协议价格。会议代表在酒店内可以无线上网；免费停车服务。
